 Mark Swanson, President of CALBERS, has over 15-years of experience in the building construction industry. Prior to starting CALBERS in 2017, Mark was a Director for CETCO’s below grade and plaza deck waterproofing systems based in London, England overseeing 127 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

• Mark holds a B.S. from the University of Dayton, with a dual major in Management and Marketing.

Kira Bulger, Director of Technical Services, has over 15-years of experience in the building envelope industry in the Bay Area. Prior to joining CALBERS in 2023, Kira was a building envelope consultant doing waterproofing and roofing designs, peer reviews, site visits, site monitoring, forensic investigation and previously certified air barrier observer. 

• Kira is a licensed Civil Engineer (CA), holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, a certificate in Construction Management from University of California Berkeley Extension and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Brock Lechowicz, Vice President of Sales Southwest, has over 10-years of experience in the building construction industry. Prior to joining CALBERS in 2024, Brock started and ran a success manufacturer's representative business in Southern California.  Prior to running BPS, Brock worked as a Technical Sales Rep. for Tremco and an outside Sales Rep. for Sunshine Suply.

• Brock holds a B.S. from Fresno State with a major in Business - Production and Logistics, as well as his M.B.A from Fresno State.
